FIRST TIME AT LANO YOGA?
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class. Doors open 15 minutes before each class. Doors close 15 minutes after class.
- Have your last meal at least 2 hours before the class starts.
- Hydrate before – water is best and always available to buy from us.
- If you are coming to a hot class dress for it, as it gets hot and humid – tracksuit bottoms and T-shirts will get heavy.
- You’ll need a good sized towel to cover our mats. You’ll need to bring your own mat and towel and any props you like to use.
- Changing rooms and showers are at the studio for ladies and gents.
- Please don’t stress, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable. Show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
- No under-16s permitted to any yoga class unless it is a designated children’s class. Under 18s to be accompanied by an adult on their first visit, they are allowed to practice unaccompanied after with written permission from their parent or guardian. Thank you.
