Following our closure due to Covid-19, we are excited to tell you we will be opening the doors,
and windows, to welcome you back to the studios. Below is some info with regards to how we will be running things.
All classes must now be pre-booked – as much as we like to see you embrace that spontaneity, we need to know how many are coming along to manage the space well. We don’t want to turn anyone away.
Classes will be available one calendar week in advance. Your class cards will allow you to book 2 a week.
Due to the reduced capacity of classes, there will be a strict cancellation policy in place. Please familiarise yourself – HERE
Here is a copy of our Covid Waiver which you will need to sign and agree before practicing with
us. This will cover Live Stream and Studio classes.
All classes will operate with a 2m spacing between mats. Max class size will be 10 plus teacher.
We will continue to monitor the popularity of classes and your opportunities to practice. We will amend class volumes as necessary and continue to monitor Government guidance on Social
Please Be Prompt
Arrivals & Exits
Please ensure that you arrive only 15 mins before the class starts. Please be prompt. Any latecomers will not be admitted to class and you will lose your booking. Please follow Social Distancing guidelines that will be available to you.
We ask that you exit the studio and changing rooms within 15 mins of class finishing so we can adhere to our cleaning protocols.
Please try to keep socially distanced from one another in the communal areas of the studios. We will have markings laid out to help you!
Entering The Studios
Southsea – Please wait outside until you can see there is space inside the studio to come in for check in. There will be a max of 2 students in reception during sign in.
Chichester – When you enter the ground floor, please come up to 2nd. Be sure to check the number of people in the reception as you enter, max number is 3.
We will ask you to sanitise your hands as you come in and we will take your temperature.
PPE will be provided to all staff if they wish to use it. This is optional for all. We are closely reviewing all Government guidelines. If you wish to wear your mask in communal spaces you can.
Payment for classes will have been processed on pre-booking.
Water will still be available to purchase in the studio. Please bring card or we can store your details on your MindBody account.
Shoes to be left on the racks available in reception. The studios will be locked so all other items can be left in reception. This is at your own risk. We would advise that you leave valuables at home. We cannot hold them behind reception.
Please come ready for class. Where it is possible we would ask that you shower at home as we will have a limited number of showers available in the changing rooms to maintain social distancing.
We also remind you that you have 15 mins to leave the changing room spaces following class, so brief is better.
Lost property will not be kept, so please make sure you take all belongings with you.
We will remind you of your responsibility to be socially distant from one another in the building, with guidance on how to move through the space.
The studios will have clear markers for your mats which need to be adhered to at all times.
Please be patient and que for toilets, changing rooms and showers.
Keep It Clean
We will provide hand washing facilities and santisiers throughout the studio – please use them before and after class.
Please maintain overall good hygiene. We recommend changing from your yoga kit as soon as you can after leaving the studio.
Please bring your own mats and towels to class. We will not be hiring these. You will also need to bring your own props. These need to be regularly cleaned.

Practices will no longer include partner work, teacher assists and all breathing practices will be through the nose.
Don’t Be A Hero
For the sake of yourself and for others, please do not come to the studio if you are in any way ill.
There are no prizes for being a hero!
If you have symptoms, undiagnosed or otherwise, of Covid-19, please inform the studio straight away. If you have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms of Covid-19 please let the studio know straight away.
PHE describes High Risk as someone you have been in close contact with (less than 2m) for more than 15 minutes. You will be asked to Self-Isolate. You will not be-able to book a further class with us for 14 days.
We will instigate studio cleaning in line with PHE guidelines.
Keep It Clean
The Studios have a thorough and rigorous cleaning regime after each class and a full deep clean each night.
We have removed many high contact surfaces and adapted the spaces to be as clean and clutter free as possible. We have removed all carpeted surfaces.
We will be using products which are proven to kill 99.9% of all viruses while being kind to the environment. Ask us for more information.
Chichester – All new windows have been fitted which will allow for us to keep the space well ventilated. The heating system is a blend of fresh air and studio air. This reduces pathogens in the air space. The heat in the room will come to X and humidity will be Y.
Southsea – We have significantly changed the studio space to be Covid-19 secure. The whole space has adequate ventilation and the heat will be provided by infra-red panels. The general buildings will be well ventilated throughout, with window access and electric fans.
